Looking for Dance Team Coordinator

The Canines are looking to hire a Dance Team Coordinator for the 2020 season.

DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS:

Prepare inaugural dance team for 2020 Season.
Organize, promote, and conduct all dance team auditions and interviews.
Responsible for the selection and development of quality individuals with extensive dance ability
Act as a liaison between the dance team and Front Office
Work with the team to set rules and basic code of conduct guidelines for dance team members
Oversee and direct choreography, routines, music selection, and uniforms.
Assist in securing dance team-related sponsorships and trade opportunities as it relates to the support of the dance team (hair, skin, nails, tanning, gym memberships and other benefits)
Supervise and direct on-field performances during Canine home games, as well as, at select community events and appearances
Assist with music editing and production for in-arena performances and off-site appearances
Works with the front office to formulate strategies, revenue-generating ideas, dance-based ticket sales promotions, junior dance clinics, and workshops
Assist in the communication and coordination of dance team members at community and partner-based event appearances
